Returns & Refund Policy
At Love Always Prospers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused.
- Be in its original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email:

Include:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you'd like to return.
- The reason for your return (optional but appreciated).
We'll provide you with the return instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
We're currently unable to offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without their original tags.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Love Always Prospers cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
